The needs-attention mark stops lying when you open a ticket

Clicking a row cleared its amber dot while the badge beside it stayed put, and a refresh brought the dot back. The badge was right and the dot was wrong. A ticket leaves the badge's attention set at a terminal status and at no other moment — not on open, and not even on claim, which only moves it from "nobody has picked this up" to "assigned to me", both of which the badge counts. So reading a conversation cannot clear it, and pretending otherwise produced a mark that contradicted the number next to it and un-cleared itself on reload. Unread MESSAGES still clear on read, because reading them is exactly what makes them read. The optimistic clear now applies only to those. The row tint follows the message count alone. A marker that persists for every open item would tint the whole queue, which is the same as tinting none of it; the dot carries that state without drowning the list.
