- Light materials (chat, SMS, softphone, compose, the notes board) are declared to MUI by LightSurface, and draw from one palette each (chatColors, notesPalette); the calendar, AI calls and notifications surfaces get dark --cal-* values (calSurface). - Every listed file spells no colour of its own; text inks clear AA on every sticky paper and calendar colour (eventInk), and the lead masthead uses the brand's ink. - Load and save failures say what failed in Kamo's words, with a retry, keeping only a sentence a service wrote for people (voiceProblem, voipProblem, taskProblem). - Empty states offer the next step (start a meeting, add an extension, recent calls). - Keyboard: wall cards open through a named button, task rows open with Enter, dialogs and tabs are named, scroll regions are reachable, the calendar's sidebar is a drawer on a phone, and a recipient chip holds no control of its own.
