Create a commerce market β the top-level category for something you sell (Retail, Mortgage, Rental, Service, Subscription, Procurement, or Personal Loans).
Before you start
The Manage Subscription Settings right. Only commerce types your organization's plan/security model actually allows will be selectable β others show why they're unavailable (e.g. Mortgage requires the MLOS app).
Steps
- Go to Settings β Commerce β Markets & Fields.
- Click + Add Market.
- Fill in:
- Title β required, 2β255 characters.
- Description β optional.
- Commerce Type β Retail, Mortgage, Rental, Service, Subscription, Procurement, or Personal Loans. Your organization can have at most one Mortgage market β that option disables once one exists.
- Save.
To reorder, archive, or restore
Back on the Markets & Fields grid, switch to reorder mode to drag markets into a new display order, or click a market's archive icon to retire it (switch to the Archived tab to restore one later).
