How to Rename Your Status Labels

Note: this is a relabeling tool only. The 5 statuses and their sub-statuses are fixed by the product — you can't add, remove, or reorder them here, only change what they're called for your organization. See Status vs. Sub-Status for the fixed structure.

Change the display wording of a status or sub-status to match your organization's own terminology, without changing what it means underneath.

Before you start

The Manage CRM Settings right.

Steps

1. Go to Settings → Client Relations Manager → Status Labels.
2. Each of the 5 top-level statuses (Fresh, Reckoning, Farm, Grim, Void) is a collapsible group — click to expand and see its sub-statuses.
3. For any status or sub-status row, type your organization's preferred wording into the Your Custom Label column. The Example Replacement column shows a sample relabeling for reference; it isn't saved data.
4. Repeat for as many rows as you want to relabel — unrelabeled rows keep showing the system default.
5. Click Save Changes (also available in the sticky bar that appears while you have unsaved edits).

To undo all custom labels

Click Reset All at the top of the page (disabled if you have no custom labels saved) — this reverts every status and sub-status back to its system default wording in one action. There's no per-row reset; it's all or nothing.

What you'll see

Your custom labels appear everywhere that status/sub-status is shown across the CRM — the underlying status structure and behavior are unchanged, only the wording.
