Naming note: this screen is reached via a card labeled "Analytics" on the Settings landing page — despite the name, it's actually personal notification toggles, not a reporting/analytics dashboard. Also note: these toggles are saved to your browser's local storage, not to your account on the server — they won't follow you to a different browser or device, and clearing browser data resets them to on.
Choose which support ticket events notify you.
Steps
- Go to Settings → Support → Analytics (the tab that actually controls notifications).
- Toggle any of:
- New ticket assigned
- Ticket status changed
- New message
- Ticket escalated
What you'll see
Changes apply immediately — there's no separate save step, and no confirmation needed since each toggle saves itself.
