Analytics and attribution

Numbers you can interrogate, in accounts you own

Most marketing measurement is a stack of tools nobody fully controls, producing numbers that disagree with each other and cannot be reconciled. Third-party cookies are disappearing, blockers remove more, and the gap between what happened and what was recorded widens each year. When a figure looks wrong, the investigation stops at a dashboard because there is nothing underneath it anyone can read.

What the work involves

  • A measurement plan first: which decisions depend on which numbers, and what precision each needs
  • First-party tracking, set up on your domain and in your accounts
  • Server-side event collection where client-side loss is material
  • Consent handling that is genuinely compliant rather than a banner over the old behaviour
  • Attribution modelling with its limitations stated plainly rather than hidden behind a model name
  • Reconciliation between marketing data and the systems that record actual revenue

Why we are credible at this

We built our own: a visit identifier set first-party by edge middleware, attribution surviving the session, conversions consumed off a message queue and reconciled on a schedule, self-excluding our own staff by deleting the cookie rather than merely ignoring it. Analytics run self-hosted on our cluster.

What moves the price

We quote after discovery and the number is fixed before anything starts. These are the things that move it, so you can see roughly where your project sits before you talk to us.

  • How many sources and platforms must be reconciled
  • Whether server-side collection is needed, which is infrastructure rather than configuration
  • Regulatory environment, since consent requirements differ materially by market
  • Whether the systems recording revenue can be connected back to marketing data at all
