Commerce_request_rental names the renter's account

SecurityService now refuses a rental request without a customer account (every rental has a renter), so the tool takes a required accountUid and passes it on. The rental view also carries the account, market, the request a booking came from, and its check-out / return times and fees. tools/list snapshots regenerated for this one tool.
