newExtNumber is conditionally reassigned inside the if (isVoipEnabled && ...) block, which makes it not effectively final. The TeamMember sync block reads it from inside an Optional.ifPresent() lambda, which the compiler rejects. Bind a final copy before the lambda to satisfy the language rule without changing behavior.
