Parse JSONB string fields before array operations in grid renderers

compatiblePlanIds, includedInPlanIds, and applicablePlanIds come from the backend as JSON strings, not arrays. Added safe JSON.parse fallback in cell renderers to prevent "slice(...).map is not a function" errors.
