- Remove all mock data generation from leadsApi.ts (mockStore, ensureMock, faker.js) - Remove withMock wrapper function and all fallback logic - Remove generateMockLeads() function from LeadManager.tsx - Update all API methods to throw errors instead of falling back to mocks - Improve error handling in MortgageFieldsComponent and CustomFormFieldsComponent - Add proper Snackbar error notifications instead of alert() calls - Ensure all endpoints properly propagate errors for UI error handling - Note: Files tab uses DocManager, Communications uses MediaStream (both fully functional)
