The Repeat field wears the event dialog's field style

The Repeat select, the interval and unit fields and the end date and count fields were stock MUI outlined fields (16px on white, square) inside a dialog whose every other field is 12.5px on the calendar's veil with a soft line and rounded corners, and the radio labels were MUI's 16px beside 12-13px captions. They now take the dialog's own field look (the timezone select's) and 13px choice labels.
