Connect a Residential Mortgage market to an external Loan Origination System (LOS), so leads can flow through to it.

Before you start

• The market must already exist, be classified Service → Residential Mortgage, and be saved at least once — the Configure button is disabled on an unsaved new market.
• The Manage CRM Settings right.

Steps

1. Go to Settings → Client Relations Manager → Markets & Fields and edit the Residential Mortgage market.
2. Find MLOS Integration and choose one:
   • No MLOS Integration — default, nothing connected.
   • KamoMLS — click Configure; you're taken to that market's POS integration settings (a different settings area) to finish setup there. If your organization doesn't have a Mortgage commerce market yet, you'll be told to create one under POS settings first.
   • MeridianLink — click Configure to open the connection dialog (steps below).
   • Encompass by ICE — listed but not yet available; Configure is disabled with a "Coming soon" tooltip.

Configuring a MeridianLink connection

1. Toggle Enabled on to activate the connection once configured.
2. Fill in:
   • Instance URL — e.g. https://secure.mortgage.meridianlink.com
   • Customer Code — e.g. PML1234
   • Service client secret — write-only. Leave it blank on an edit to keep the existing stored secret; it's only used for automatic inbound sync (polling) — each individual loan officer separately sets their own MeridianLink login on their own member profile.

3. Click Test Connection to verify before saving.
4. Click Save.

What you'll see

Once enabled and saved, leads in this market can be pushed to MeridianLink. The dialog remembers the connection's last known health status the next time you open it.
