View a unified feed of your organization's connected social accounts, post an update across several of them at once, and reply to or delete a post.
Before you start
- At least one social account must already be connected — see How to Connect Your Social Media Accounts Until then, this screen shows "No social accounts connected" with a link to set one up.
- Viewing the timeline only requires the Marketing option in your nav (View Social Media). Composing, replying, and deleting posts additionally require the Manage Social Media right (Manage Social Media).
Steps
View the timeline
- In the left sidebar, click Marketing, then the Social Media tab (or go directly to
/marketing/social). - Posts from every connected account appear in one feed, newest first, and update live as new activity comes in (a pill appears at the top — click it to reveal new posts without losing your scroll position).
- Use the provider chips at the top (All, plus one per connected platform) to filter the feed to a single platform. A colored dot on each chip reflects that connection's health (Connected, Degraded, Disconnected, Unknown status).
- Click View on {Provider} on any post to open it on the original platform.
Post an update
- In the composer at the top of the feed, select which connected accounts to Post to (the composer only lists accounts that support posting).
- Type your update in the text box. If any selected account has a character limit, it's enforced live and shown as you type.
- Attach media: Attach from Materials pulls an image from the Marketing Materials library, or paste an image/video URL under Add media by URL. Some connected accounts require at least one photo and will flag it if you try to post text-only.
- Click Post. The result for each selected account (Posted / Failed) is shown.
Reply to or delete a post
- Open a post's comments to see existing replies, or click into the reply box and type your response, then click Reply.
- If you own a post and the connected account allows it, a menu on the post offers Delete — this removes it from the connected account too, not just from KamoCRM's timeline, so confirm before using it.
What you'll see
Posted updates and replies appear immediately in the feed (added optimistically, then reconciled with the live event feed) and on the connected platform itself, subject to that platform's own posting rules and delays.
