Everything you send outward: the designs and files your team shares with customers, bulk email campaigns, and your social media accounts.
What you'll find here
- Marketing Materials — a shared library of brochures, one-pagers, images and anything else your team hands to a customer. Upload them, organize them into folders and collections, approve them, and see which ones actually get used.
- Bulk Email — sending one message to many people, and following what happened after it went out.
- Social Media — connecting your accounts and posting to them from inside KamoCRM.
Two integrations worth setting up first
Canva. If your team designs in Canva, connecting it means a design can become a marketing material without anybody exporting and re-uploading a PDF.
Your social accounts. Posting from KamoCRM needs each account connected once by someone with permission. Until that's done, the social media screens will look empty.
A note on approvals
Materials can be reviewed before they go into general circulation. That's optional, but it's the difference between a library everyone trusts and a folder of files with three versions of the same brochure in it.
