Several terms KamoCRM uses generically — "Branch," "Member," "Team Member" — can be relabeled per organization to match your own vocabulary. This isn't cosmetic-only text replacement in one spot; the relabeled terms are used consistently everywhere those concepts appear in the product, including role names shown elsewhere in Settings.
Plural, singular, and abstract
Each term can have up to three forms set independently:
- Plural and Singular — for all three terms (e.g. "Locations" / "Location" instead of "Branches" / "Branch").
- Abstract — Member and Team Member only (e.g. "Membership") — used where neither the plural nor singular form fits grammatically.
Sync from parent
If your organization is a child of a parent organization, each label field can defer to the parent's label instead of setting its own — check Sync from parent on that field. A synced field is disabled and shows "Synced from parent" instead of an editable value. This only appears at all for child organizations; a top-level org sets its own labels outright.
