The settings that shape how KamoCRM behaves for everyone in your organization: who your people are, what they're allowed to do, what things are called, which features are switched on, and what it all costs.
Most of this section is for administrators. If you're looking for your own personal preferences — notifications, your navigation layout, your phone — those are under Your Personal Settings instead.
What you'll find here
- Essential Setup — your company profile and branding, time zone and currency, departments, job titles, security roles, and the words your organization uses for its own structure.
- Network and Organizations — how one organization relates to another, and creating a new one.
- Account, Apps and Commissions — turning features on and off, reviewing your usage and storage, and paying contractors through Stripe.
- Security and Access — who can sign in from where, what gets logged, API keys, and the controls around protected health information.
- AI Settings — which AI providers your organization uses, what the Assistant is allowed to do, and what it's costing.
Start with roles
Almost everything else depends on them. A security role is a named bundle of permissions — "Sales Manager", "Bookkeeper" — that you assign to a person instead of ticking a hundred boxes each time somebody joins. If a colleague says a screen is missing or a button does nothing, the answer is nearly always their role.
Security Roles Explained covers the idea; How to Create and Manage Security Roles covers the doing.
