The actual meet.{domain} landing page is welcome/index.html — a static HTML page served directly by nginx that handles the pre-auth flow (capture display name / room, validate, redirect to Meet with JWT). The PoweredByKamo React component I added to WelcomePage.web.tsx only renders on the Meet bundle-served pages, not on this static landing. Adding the same badge here as plain HTML + inline CSS, using the org theme's --color-primary and --color-secondary variables (loaded by the existing theme CSS fetch logic in this file). Matches the styling from kamo-login / kamo-register: white text on secondary at rest, primary on hover, subtle box-shadow, ↗ glyph on hover, hidden under 480px.
