1. Branding: loadThemeAssets() now runs FIRST before any auth flow, so org CSS (--navpri, --color-primary), favicon, and logo data are set even during the OTK→JWT redirect. Previously theme loading was after the OTK return statement so it never ran on the first page load. 2. Settings dialog: width increased from 700px to 800px so all tabs fit. 3. All dialogs (BaseDialog): comprehensive CSS cascade forces all child text (#333), SVGs (#555), icons, inputs, buttons to dark colors. Fixes white-on-white in invite people popup and all other dialogs. 4. Video preview: reduced from 244x138 to 178x100 to eliminate scroll in the Video settings tab.
