The welcome page already rotated the org's themed backgrounds; it now reads backgroundOrder from the same config.json so an org that picked shuffle gets a fresh random frame on every advance instead of a loop. The prejoin screen had no backgrounds at all — dynamic-branding hands it an empty premeetingBackground, so it has always been a flat colour. It now plays the same <themePath>/img/bg/{1..N}.webp set behind the join column, with a primary-colour scrim for legibility and the preview pane's opaque background cleared so the photography reads full-bleed. Orgs with no background images are unaffected: the layer renders nothing.
