Who does what
Hiring needs the Manage Members permission. The AI Workforce app adds four more, which an administrator grants in a security role like any other permission:
- View AI Workforce: see the Workforce hub and what each AI member is doing.
- Supervise AI Members: supervise the AI members you are the supervisor of: read their runs, watch their computer, listen to their calls, pause and resume them.
- Approve AI Actions: decide the approvals assigned to you.
- Manage AI Workforce: edit AI members' charters, pause every AI member at once, set budget defaults, and retire an AI member. Together with Supervise AI Members, it lets you supervise every AI member, not only your own.
