Browse your calendar, switch between Month, Week, Day, and Agenda views, and narrow what's shown by search, calendar, or privacy.
Before you start
Your organization has email turned on and you hold the View Calendar right — otherwise Calendar doesn't appear in your nav bar at all.
Steps
- In the top navigation, click Calendar.
- Use the view switcher in the toolbar to pick Month View, Week View, Day View, or Agenda View (Agenda lists your Upcoming Events). Clicking a day on the month grid jumps straight to that day's Day View.
- Move through time with the cluster next to the date heading: the left/right arrows step to the previous or next period (month, week, or day depending on your current view), and Today jumps back to now.
- Above the grid, the Next Up bar surfaces your soonest event so you don't have to scan the whole page to see what's coming.
- To search, type into the search box in the toolbar — it filters events by title as you type.
- Click the filter icon next to search to open Filter. From there you can:
- Check or uncheck individual calendars under Calendars, or use Select All / Select None.
- Toggle Show private events to include or hide events marked private.
- In the left sidebar, My Calendars offers the same show/hide toggle per calendar without opening the filter panel — unchecking a calendar just hides its events from the grid, it doesn't delete anything.
What you'll see
The grid shows only the events that match your current view, search text, calendar selection, and privacy filter. Nothing you toggle here changes what exists — it only changes what you're looking at.
