Note: as read in source, the status pill is gated on organization.isCrm && checkRight('VIEW_LEADS') — an odd pairing for what is otherwise a general presence indicator used throughout Chat and the member Directory. Worth confirming live whether this is intentional (e.g. tied to lead-routing availability) or a leftover gate from an earlier CRM-only version of the control.Change the status shown next to your name, and as a colored dot on your Directory row, so teammates know whether you're free to chat.
Before you start
Your organization uses CRM, and you hold the View Leads right (see the note above — this gate may not be intentional; if the status pill isn't visible to you, that's why).
Steps
- In the top navigation bar, find the colored status pill next to your name (for example, showing "Available" with a check-circle icon).
- Click it to open the status menu.
- Choose one: Available, Busy, Away, or Do not disturb.
What you'll see
The pill updates immediately to the new status and color, and the same color appears as the presence dot on your row throughout the Interaction Center (Directory and Chats) and anywhere else your avatar appears to teammates.
