Look back at a previous CSV import run, see exactly which rows failed and why, and retry just those rows.
Before you start
The Manage CRM Settings right.
Steps
- Go to Settings → Client Relations Manager → Manual Imports → Past Imports.
- Each row is one import run — file name, template used, and counts for Imported / Duplicates / Errors.
- To see what went wrong: click View error report. You'll get a table of every failed row — Row number, Vendor Lead ID, the Error message, and the Offending Values.
- To fix and retry: click Re-import failed rows.
- Leave Adjust column mapping off to retry with the exact same mapping as the original import.
- Turn it on if the failures were caused by a mapping problem you need to fix first.
- Optionally check Also retry duplicate rows if you want previously-flagged duplicates re-attempted too.
- Confirm to re-run just those rows.
- To get the original data back: click Download original file to re-download the archived source file for that run.
What you'll see
Re-importing failed rows gives you a fresh summary — imported, duplicates, errors — scoped to just the rows you retried, without re-touching rows that already succeeded.
