How to Edit, Disable or Delete an Intake Endpoint

Note: deleting an endpoint is permanent and takes its payload history and field mappings with it — there's no archive option, only enable/disable if you might want it back later.

Change an endpoint's settings, temporarily pause it, or remove it for good.

Before you start

The Manage CRM Settings right.

Steps

Edit rate limit or payload size

1. Go to Settings → Client Relations Manager → Automated Imports, click Manage on the endpoint, then open its Settings tab.
2. Update Rate Limit / min and/or Max Payload (KB).
3. Click Save Settings.

Enable or disable

On the main endpoint table, click the power icon on the endpoint's row — this toggles it between accepting and rejecting incoming requests without deleting anything. Useful for pausing a feed temporarily.

Delete

1. Click the trash icon on the endpoint's row.
2. Confirm: "Are you sure you want to delete the endpoint '{name}'? This will permanently remove all associated payloads and field mappings. This action cannot be undone."

What you'll see

Editing settings applies to new incoming requests immediately. A disabled endpoint rejects requests but keeps everything intact for re-enabling later. A deleted endpoint — and its whole history — is gone for good; if you might need the URL again, disable instead of delete.
