An intake endpoint is a private web address you give to a lead supplier. When they have a new lead, they send it to that address and it appears in KamoCRM — no spreadsheet, no import, no delay.
This is the automated counterpart to Importing Leads. Same destination, no human in the middle.

- Lead Intake Endpoints Explained — what an endpoint is and the two states it moves through before it starts accepting leads.
- How to Create a Lead Intake Endpoint — generating the address to hand over.
- How to Map Intake Endpoint Fields — telling KamoCRM which field in the supplier's data is the phone number, which is the name, and so on.
- How to Review an Endpoint's Incoming Leads — the queue of everything that arrived, including anything that didn't map cleanly, so it can be reprocessed rather than lost.
- How to Edit, Disable or Delete an Intake Endpoint — with a warning: deleting takes the payload history and the field mappings with it, permanently. Disable instead if you might want it back.
How to set one up without losing leads
Create the endpoint, give the supplier the address, and let a few real leads arrive before you finish the mapping. They wait in the queue. Map the fields against a real payload rather than a guess at one, then reprocess the queue — everything that arrived while you were working lands correctly.
