Note: deleting a vendor is a hard, cascading delete — it takes all of that vendor's products with it. There's no archive option here, unlike Markets.
Update a vendor's or product's details, or remove one that's no longer needed.
Before you start
The Manage CRM Settings right.
Steps
Edit a vendor
- Go to Settings → Client Relations Manager → Vendors & Products, select the market, and find the vendor.
- Click its Edit (pencil) icon.
- Update the Vendor Title and/or Description.
- Click Save Vendor.
Delete a vendor
- Click the vendor's Delete (trash) icon.
- Confirm: "Are you sure you want to delete the vendor '{name}'? This will also delete all associated products. This action cannot be undone."
Edit a product
- Expand the vendor's row and click the product's Edit (pencil) icon.
- Update the Product Title, Description, and/or Empty Credit Free For All checkbox.
- Click Save Product.
Delete a product
- Click the product's Delete (trash) icon.
- Confirm: "Are you sure you want to delete the product '{name}'? This action cannot be undone." (This one doesn't cascade to anything else — it's just the one product.)
What you'll see
Edits apply immediately and are reflected wherever that vendor/product is selectable (lead creation, automated import endpoints). Deleting a vendor removes it and every one of its products from all pickers at once — there's no way to undo this, so double-check before confirming.
