The tool-window snapshot replayed props verbatim, which is right for state and wrong for an instruction. `autoDial: true` survived into the restored window and `autoDialedRef` was fresh in the new document, so a refresh during a lead call placed the call a second time — which reads to the member as the call dropping and then mysteriously calling back. sanitizeProps could never have caught this: a boolean survives a JSON round trip perfectly, and survival is the whole problem. Tools now declare which of their props are one-shot actions, and the snapshot drops those on the way out.
