A restored maximized window remembers where it came from

A snapshot written while a window was maximized used to lose what that window would return to, so a restored session's first conversation-switch dropped it in the dock even if it had been a hexhead. serializeWindows now carries preMaximize through (optional on PersistedToolWindow, since older snapshots don't have it and absence means "the dock"), and restoreWindows replays it as the two-step the store requires: minimize() first when the window should return to a hexhead, then setMaximized(id, true), which captures preMaximize from that just-set state.
