Five screens an org administrator opens constantly — team members, behavior & labeling, stats & costs, apps & features, system access logs — each two or three clicks deep through the settings menu today. They get one row across the top of the launchpad, below the masthead and above the cards. Each entry reuses the icon and the label key its destination already carries in the settings landing, so the same screen reads the same wherever it is offered. The band is the NavTop/NavPri org gradient with white links, which is what makes it read as chrome rather than a sixth card. Visibility is the Administrator (Full Access) role, expressed the only way the session exposes it: the three rights that role holds and no stock role below it does. All three are required, and they are exactly what the five destinations gate on, so the bar never offers a link that would refuse the member.
