/leads went down on 2026-08-20 with 'missing FROM-clause entry for table a2_1' and no test caught it, because none of them could: the library compiles against Hibernate 6.5 (which renders the query correctly) while this service runs 6.2.13, the controller tests mock LeadService, and LeadGridSpecificationSqlTest validates property paths but stops at HQL — before SQL is generated. Only executing the query catches a SQL-generation bug. This does that: the two assignee lookups, the grid page query, and the widest predicate tree the filter bar can build, against a real database on the real Hibernate. Inert unless PROBE_DB_URL is set, so CI never runs it and it needs no database to pass. Read-only, row-limited. Run it after any change to LeadGridSpecifications, to the grid's fetch strategy, or to the mapping of Lead, TeamMember or Member.
