Implements the shared library's LeadEmailBackfillTrigger, so ticking "Associate Past E-Mails w/ Lead" on a lead save reaches the only service that can read mailboxes. Two hazards handled here rather than in LeadService. It waits for the commit: the back-fill matches against the contact point the save is still writing, and fired inline it would run against a row no other connection can see yet, find nothing, and report success. And it never makes the member wait: even accepting the job is a hop to another service that may be down, so it goes out on a background thread with short timeouts. The worst outcome available to the member is a lead that saved normally.
