Bind the system-event pattern — a brace in native SQL never reaches the database

Hibernate scans native SQL text for its legacy {alias.path} placeholders, so the inlined '{"systemEvent"%' raised QueryException: Unmatched braces for alias path and the statement was never sent. The pattern is now bound, where that scan cannot see it. This had already broken the same feature twice, invisibly and then visibly. The first version of the query lived behind a try/catch that logged at warn and answered "nothing unseen", so it reported zeros for a whole release and looked like a design mistake rather than a dead query. The second was unguarded and took the whole ticket list down with it. The MediaObjRepository copy is deleted rather than fixed — findUnreadStateForViewer replaced it, and leaving a second query carrying the same defect is how it comes back.
