- NavPri logo: the 56px tile made the top of the rail wider than the 44/48px options below it, and collapsed options rendered left-aligned. The logo now shares the option tile footprint (centered when collapsed) and becomes a left-aligned brand row when expanded; the collapsed option column and the collapse toggle are centered on the same tile size. - NavTop jagged options: the sub-menu caret was rendered in the flex column flow, so options with a caret were taller and their icons sat higher than option without one. The caret is now an absolute bottom-center overlay in the icon-only variants (a rotating chevron only in the expanded rail row), so every tile is a uniform size and all icons line up. - Settings slide-out removed: Settings is now a sub-option menu like the other tools (Customize Navigation + gated settings destinations + Open Settings), rendered as a downward popover in the bar, a right fly-out in the collapsed rail, and an inline list in the expanded rail. Deletes the superseded NavRichFlyout and SettingsStatusWindow.
