DaemonService -> ConversionService **************** was returning 401 Unauthorized because DaemonService was stamping its X-Internal-Auth header from INTERNAL_AUTH_SECRET while ConversionService validates against **************** (the cluster-wide shared secret all other services use). - deployment.yaml: mount the same *** Secret as APIService and ConversionService, marked optional so dev clusters without the secret still start. - configmap.yaml: read **************** first, fall back to INTERNAL_AUTH_SECRET so legacy single-tenant configs still work. After rollout, RecordingProcessorJob will successfully dispatch staged recording batches to ConversionService for FFmpeg + imaging.
