Referrals are the highest-converting channel a job board has, and what stops them here is friction rather than unwillingness: the careers site answers on a different host, so nobody can compose the URL from memory. The server now sends it ready-made on every member listing, tagged with the viewer, and the card offers a copy button — only for roles that are actually published externally, so a share control can never circulate one the org chose to keep internal. The tick appears only when the clipboard write RESOLVED. navigator.clipboard is undefined outside a secure context and rejects when the document is not focused, both silently; a confirmation after a failed copy is worse than none, because the member pastes nothing and does not know why. Also fixes a type error in **************** that was failing `tsc` on main: its `create` mock declared no parameters, so `calls[0]` typed as the empty tuple and reaching into the recorded payload did not compile. That fails `next build`, not just the test file.
