ab740dd3 claimed CREATE_FREE_ORG_WIDGET and its four policy children "never existed in RoleRightType.java at all". That is wrong. They were ids 288-292, and I read a kamo-shared-library working tree that was four commits behind origin/main — the exact mistake reference_rights_next_free_id warns about, which is why it says to re-derive from origin/main and never from a local checkout. The rights were real and have now been deleted properly in kamo-shared-library de51789d, with RoleRightHierarchyTest repinned and mvn test green. The end state this mirror describes was correct; only the reasoning was not. Removing them was still safe, for the reason the note now gives: rights persist as an explicit getId() rather than the enum ordinal, and 288-292 were the highest five, so nothing below them shifted.
