No email log exists anywhere in the platform: no table in any schema, no endpoint among EmailService's 21 controllers, no UI, and no reference in the frontend — not even the checkRight that MANAGE_EMAIL_ACCOUNTS at least had. The platform does model logs where it has them, with phone_call_log, img_log_downloads, phi_access_log and contact_sync_logs all present; email has no equivalent. That is the CREATE_CHANNELS case — the noun does not exist — rather than the MANAGE_MEETINGS case where the noun is modelled and only the verb is unexposed. Taxonomy 194/131/33/30 becomes 193/130/33/30. Only the child count moves: ACCESS_MAIL keeps its four other children, so it stays a root-with-children. Id 64 is burned. Stored rows are removed by EmailLogsRightPurgeMigration.
