Translation system: - translate.ts now operates in delta mode — only keys that are missing or still identical to English are sent to the API; existing translated keys are preserved untouched. Cuts CI translation time by 80–95% on typical runs. - Added --force flag to retranslate all keys (useful for quality passes). - CI workflow gains force_retranslate input on workflow_dispatch so you can trigger a full retranslation without changing code. - Deleted .translation-hash so next push triggers a delta run to fill all existing gaps (es "Company", ar, de, tr, sw, ta, th, etc.). New translation keys in en.json: - cookieBanner.* (11 keys) — cookie consent banner text - jumpBar.* (8 keys) — homepage section jump bar labels Components fixed (hardcoded strings → useTranslations): - CookieConsentBanner.tsx — title, description, buttons, toggles - JumpToBar.tsx — section labels - SubNavigation.tsx — full nav (also switched next/link → @/i18n/navigation) - SubFooter.tsx — section titles, links, copyright, back-to-top
