Apps on /settings/account?tab=apps are compile-time constants in the ServiceType enum, so "Available" (stage == COMPLETED), the stage itself, the display name and the description all need a shared-library edit and a platform-wide redeploy to change. The design adds PLATFORM_APP_CATALOG, one row per app with every override column nullable, so null falls back to the enum and deploying it changes no behavior. Availability becomes independent of stage, which is what makes a soft launch or a withheld app expressible at all. Two findings from verifying the design, both recorded: - Marking an app Available does not grant it. Entitlement still resolves from the plan catalog, so tenants would see a padlock. The tab warns rather than silently editing a revenue-bearing table. - The 2026-08-08 LOS -> MLOS rename reasoned about ORG_FEATURES, which persists the numeric id and survived. It missed **************** which persists the enum NAME, so every model's mortgage grant now points at personal loans and MLOS has no rows. Repaired by a one-shot runner.
