Dialpad digits now register on touch devices

The dialpad buttons called e.preventDefault() in both onTouchStart and onTouchEnd. That stops the browser from firing the synthetic click event that follows a touch — so onClick={handleDialpadClick} never ran on tablets, and tapping a key never appended the digit to the dial display. Mouse path was unaffected because mouse events don't go through that gate. Drop the preventDefault from onTouchStart/onTouchCancel, and on onTouchEnd keep preventDefault (to suppress iOS long-press selection) while explicitly invoking handleDialpadClick so the digit still lands.
