Domain enums and point-in-time version resolver

Enums are all @Enumerated(STRING) at the call site: ORDINAL emits a numeric range CHECK containing AND, which SchemaCleanupRunner's IN-list sweep deliberately skips and which must then be widened by hand on every new value. The resolver resolves by the window that CONTAINS the instant, never by latest-row, and keeps closed windows in the candidate set -- supersession closes every window but the current one, so an open-rows-only query returns nothing for any historical instant, breaking retro pay and audit reconstruction. Overlap throws rather than guessing.
