CountryType has 196 constants, AFGHANISTAN(0) through ZIMBABWE(195), and every check written over it froze at 0..195. They are not one value away from failing - they are full at birth. EmbAddress.country carries no @Enumerated, so the ordinal mapping is the JPA default and every entity embedding an address inherits one; the 197th country would break inserts on orgs, users, members, leads, commerce_orders and a dozen more tables in the same deploy, with the @Transactional rollback hiding all of it. Adds 28 pairs to DOOMED: 20 on live entity tables, which are the ones a freshly created database regains, and 8 CockroachDB-era names on tables whose entities have since been renamed or replaced. **************** is absent from production but present on any fresh CREATE TABLE, which is the case this migration exists to close. pos_mortgage_app_real_estate's country column is property_country, so its check is check_property_country.
