Mirrors the shared-lib deletion: the enum mirror, its registry array, both hierarchy edges (ACCESS_CHAT -> CREATE_CHANNELS -> MANAGE_CHANNELS and ACCESS_CHAT -> MODERATE_CHAT), the unenforced list and the committed audit. 132 parent edges now, and ACCESS_CHAT is standalone. The parity test made this safe to do quickly — it reads RoleRightType.java and compares edge for edge, so a mirror left holding an edge Java no longer has fails the build rather than silently making the editor cascade to a right that does not exist.
