Opens com.kamo.z.shared.mlos.eclose: the eClose workflow-graph substrate. ClosingPackage (aggregate root, one per closing; partial-WORM — identity frozen, status walks) + ClosingArtifact (one node per **************** step; append-only partial-WORM — identity/provenance frozen [providerName/externalRef OPAQUE, no provider- specific columns], result advances; a re-run is a NEW row §6.3). Soft-FK-by-id + denormalized org (the mlos.* pattern, no @ManyToOne); externalRef = inbound-webhook resolution anchor §6.4. EsignEnvelope/DisclosureSet code-verified UUID; the e-sign bridge is a SERVICE (writes the locked stub), not a new entity. 3 enums, 2 repos, 8 tests. Research workflow design gate + faithful-mirror partial-WORM. Deferred: ClosingWorkflowTemplate + MersRegistration.
