The pages grew to their content and pushed past the box the chrome gives them, so the document scrolled behind the shell and left dead background below the form. They now fill the available area and no more: the header is pinned, the columns scroll inside themselves, and on /network/create the readiness meter and Launch button are a pinned footer instead of something you scroll to find. min-h-0 on every flex/grid child is the load-bearing part — a flex child keeps min-height:auto by default, refuses to shrink below its content, and re-creates the overflow this is meant to remove.
