DocumentEditor fired POST /api/docs/form-fillable/{id} on every mount purely to read classicEditable — a write used as a query, re-deriving a row the call that opened it had already made. The opener knows the answer, so it passes it. Leaving the editor also invalidates the Modified list now: opening this editor can derive a version, and returning to a tab that does not show it reads as the derive having failed.
