The staff detail, the staff preview and the customer's own page now resolve the contact through one method, so they cannot disagree about who is printed on the same document. Under ASSIGNED_AGENT that is the lead's agent resolved per read, as before; under the other two modes it is the snapshot the quote carries, with the lead's agent as the fallback for a quote raised before the setting existed or one naming somebody who has since left. Create stamps the snapshot from the market rather than from the request body, and update applies a new contact only when the market runs ADJUSTABLE_PER_QUOTE and the member belongs to the org — a market that names one explicit contact means it, and a hand-made PATCH is how that promise would otherwise be broken. QuoteController's five handlers built customer/agent/adjustable separately; they now share one staffView, which is what keeps the three consistent.
