The provider is implemented in VOIPService, so the coming-soon gate comes off. Description no longer names the upstream project and says what actually matters to the buyer: Kamo runs it, and there is nothing to sign up for. Surgical edit only. This array now also carries billingClass and feeds lockedReason's entitlement gating from concurrent work, so it is left in place rather than extracted — two sources of truth for the provider catalogue would be worse than a long file. Dictionary key providersBullet1 was pushed first (c822cfeb); messages/ is gitignored here so a green local build proves nothing about production.
