Keep a grid's popups opaque when its body is see-through

Opening Page Size in the doc manager under My Team Member Profile showed the rows reading straight through the open menu. It looks like a z-index bug, and was reported as one, but the menu was on top the whole time — it just had nothing to paint. DocManager, AccountManager and TeamMemberManager set `--ag-background-color: transparent` so the org's background watermark shows through the rows, which is the only way to get it to read: `.ag-row` draws its background from that token. AG Grid draws its floating surfaces from the same token, and stamps the theme class onto the popup wrapper it appends inside `.ag-root-wrapper` — so the Page Size list inherited the transparency meant for the grid body. Re-declare the token on `.ag-popup` in the shared grid stylesheet. That covers every surface inside a popup at once — the select list, the rich select, the inputs — for all three grids and any future one, and leaves the body alone, so the watermark still shows through the rows. The `!important` is load-bearing: the declaration it has to beat comes from an emotion `sx` block, which is both more specific and injected after this stylesheet, so nothing weaker holds. Same reasoning as the app's other `.ag-theme-alpine` overrides in globals.css.
