Lift the wallpaper and widget shortcuts above the media pod

The profile header band laid "My Wallpapers", "My Widgets" and the media chrome out as one wrapping row, so the two shortcuts read as a fourth switch sitting alongside Source / Console / Order / Tone. They are not switches: they navigate away, while everything in the pod edits in place. Split the right-hand cluster into a column — the shortcut pills get their own right-aligned row above the pod. The pills keep their own inner flex row so they stay side by side with each other and only stack when the band itself runs out of width.
